Sleep-Focused Content from Calm Coming to Hilton Connected Rooms

Launching in March, the partnership integrates Calm’s content into Hilton’s Connected Room Experience technology, providing guests with access to guided meditations, Sleep Stories, calming soundscapes, and mindfulness exercises from their in-room TV, no subscription required.

This collaboration comes at a time when the global consumer wellness market has reached $1.8 trillion annually, with the US market growing 10% year-over-year to $480 billion, according to the McKinsey Future of Wellness Report published in November 2024. Sleep, in particular, is a major focus, with 82% of US consumers citing wellness as a top priority and sleep ranking as the second-highest unmet need in health and wellness.

Hilton and Calm Bring Sleep and Wellness to Travelers

Calm’s science-backed offerings are designed to reduce stress, improve sleep, and enhance mental clarity.
