  • A “dream team” of sleep specialists, including sleep physicians, nurse practitioners, a physician assistant, and dental sleep medicine practitioners, offers collaborative care.

Star Sleep & Wellness has five locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex—in Dallas, Denton, Frisco, Irving, and McKinney/Plano. The Dallas location has moved from its site on Glen Lakes Drive to a larger space on Coit Road and started to see patients in the new office on February 17.

Star Sleep & Wellness brings multidisciplinary experts to the patient to provide the appropriate treatment(s). “These inclusive, state-of-the-art facilities ease the burden on patients’ schedules and financial responsibilities by accepting all commercial insurance plans and Medicare,” says CEO Kent Smith, DDS, DABDSM, in a release.

On the staff at Star Sleep & Wellness, Smith has assembled a “dream team” of sleep specialists, including sleep physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistant, and dental sleep medicine practitioners. “Star Sleep & Wellness is able to not only diagnose sleep disorders through testing but also provide care from start to finish in one office with therapies that range from oral appliances to CPAPs to weight loss support,” Smith says. “We’re changing the location of our Dallas office to a top-floor, larger facility to accommodate our patients and equipment more comfortably and make sleep-related care more accessible for everyone in DFW. At Star Sleep & Wellness, we save lives, heal relationships, and extend careers.”
